Every human being is literally a living magnet, transmitting and receiving throughout the field of consciousness. When two transmissions tune in perfectly with each other, the source of each transmission will be drawn to the other both on the celestial level and the physical level.
Love begins in the realm of mind and so to find your perfect love relation, the first step is to turn your attention within.
Have you defined the qualities that your ideal partner should possess for you to consider him perfect? If you have not done this, then you should do so immediately and with isolated attention. Some people struggle to do this or never do this, but doing so is actually simple. When you're aware that true love can only manifest upon the merging of two minds in harmony with each other, you also become aware that to attract a mind with such qualities, so too must you be a mind with those qualities.
When it comes to defining the things that your perfect partner likes to do, it is as simple as clearly defining the things you like to do. When it comes to defining the aspirations of your perfect love relation, you need only define your own aspirations. What television programs would your perfect partner like? Ask yourself, what are the television programs that you like? What books will she like? Ask yourself what type of books do you like. The task of defining your perfect partner in line with your own interests, attitudes and desires should be performed with complete self honesty. There is nothing to be gained by defining your perfect love as something other than a perfect fit with who you are and how you think. To attract your perfect partner, to attract the deepest most profound and lasting love relation, requires the resonance of who you both are to be in accordance with one another.
Once you do this, and although it may seem ironic, the next step to attracting the perfect love partner is to cease actively looking for him. Have you ever noticed how when you are in a relationship you seem to get more attention from others (of the flirting or undue attention kind) yet when you are single and actively seeking a partner it seems more difficult to find one? The truth of why this occurs resides in the changing resonance of the individuals mind when they no longer need or seek love - they have it, and therefore they are a beacon that can attract it. The key to attracting perfect love is to cease actively seeking it and, therefore, to no longer exhibit the resonance of needing it. For true love to spontaneously emerge, the exact same qualities of mind that you desire in a perfect partner must in turn be the same qualities that you possess. To receive the love of another, you must first have love to give. To attract the right person, you must resonate as a love giver, not a love needer. This means, in all practical sense, that in order to receive love from another, you must first love yourself. In order to give love to another, you must first give love to yourself. In order to find the comfort of the perfect partner, you must find comfort in being by yourself.
The art of finding love is to become absolutely clear of the various qualities and attributes that you desire your perfect partner to have, to decide that you are just as happy in life with or without such a partner, to make it your business to enjoy your life one way or the other and to acknowledge faith in the understanding that you do not need to actively seek a partner. This is easy and not something to ever worry about, for you know how the attractive process works and therefore you know that when you are both ready to be together, when you are both in harmony, your individual tunes will naturally orchestrate the meeting.
The beauty of the Law of Love is this: once you let go of the need for it, the blockages to its arrival disappear. When this is true for you, when you are comfortable to enjoy life as you are without further longing for someone to bring love and companionship to you, the door to the arrival of your soul-mate is then placed ajar, awaiting only the right timing for love to land upon your doorstep. If you struggle with this and cannot stop worrying about finding a new partner or cannot take your mind of those self conscious attributes that you feel hold you back from receiving a perfect partner, and if you cannot allow yourself to place faith in the attractive process, you might simply fall back into another relationship with the wrong person. On the other hand, realize that if you can do this, your perfect love relation will arrive when the time is just right.
