If you've used entrainment products before then you should be familiar (unless they didn't give you good instruction, or just weren't effective) with various emotions and sensations arising during their use.
Two key things...
1. Recognise these feelings arising and, if they relate to something in "real life" that needs dealing with, take it as signal that it's time to sort that out.
2. If the feelings are not related to anything you can change (i.e. they relate to something crappy that happened in the past) simply observe the feeling, accept that it's in the past and recognise that it has not power over you... it will then move on and let you too.
It is perfectly normal for things like this to arise during meditation and entrainment work. That's part of the reason we do it.
