I have just purchased the MP3 meditation course and have downloaded the documents successfully onto my computer, but for the life of me I can't seem to work out the simple procedure of downloading the files onto my iPod.
My iPod is plugged into my lapop via a USB port and it's ready to go.
I thought I would have visibility of my iPod via My Computer ... anyway, please help as I am keen to get started! Thanks in advance.
If you open iTunes you can then import the track from within iTunes.
File and then import track.
Find the LifeFlow track and click import.
Once the track is in iTunes you simply need to sync your ipod, this is normally automatic when you plug in your ipod, but it depends on your settings as it is possible to have it set to not do this.
