Hello I have just listened to cd1 which refers to insructions and mantra list which I should recieve by email. I have had support email 1 and 2 but there does not seem to be any instructions or mantra list. Can you help please.?
These things are bundled in the package that you downloaded.
If you re-open the file, you will see them inside.

Thank you Jodie I have got it now, as you can see from my previous posts this is the first Zip file Ihave been able to open so it is not familiar to me, (thats my excuse anyway). Thanks for your help.
