downloading to IPOD

I am not very good with new technology and I hope someone can help me with this question. My wife recently got me an 4GB Ipod for my Birthday. I am wondering if it's possible to download the lifeflow 10 and 5 that I have purchased, onto this device? If so will I experiance any loss of quality or effectiveness of the tracks. As of right now I have experianced no such problems with the purchased download on my computer using windows media. The thought of taking the lifeflow tracks with me has me salivating!

Hi Foojoy
The mp3's that you have downloaded should go straight onto your Ipod no problem. The quality of the sound should be fine and you shouldn't lose the effectiveness of the tracks.

I have mine on a very simple cheap mp3 player and it works like a charm !

I meditate at work during coffeebreak and boy does that help me with production !
