Headphone

Hello all I have been using level9 for a week now.
The effect is wearing thin, perhaps because I am using a cheap headphone.

I would be grateful if some one could recommend a decent headphone that I could use from Level10 to Level1.

As recommended under technical info on the site.
I use them and I have found them to work very well, they don't break the bank either.

"Sony MDR-XD200 Stereo Headphones. When you use these headphones, make sure that you switch off the movie setting."

Keep in mind also that the LifeFlow CDs can be listened to over speakers as well, and you still get benefits. I think this is from the isochronic and some other type of tones... you just don't get the binaural beats.

So until you get those better headphones, perhaps try just speakers.
