Problems with downloading

Hi,
I'm having problems with downloading the course. I don't have the best internet connection - can be slow - and I'm using Mozilla firefox. All starts well, but then I get this message:

"C:\Documents and Settings\h\Desktop\project-meditation(2).zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator."

Is it a firefox problem? Do I need to download something specific to be able to read zipped documents? Am completely technologically challenged, sorry.
