Very true about bringing the present moment , which you experience in meditation …. The feeling of not thinking into the now.

bringing it Into your daily life at times when nothing is going on….

I had forgotten about this golden insight thanks.

Default Eckhart Tolle

Eckhart Tolle is really talking about the Buddhist concept of mindfulness in his teachings.

It was through that practice that I had finally been able to reconnect with my inner self after a 22 year period of spiritual emptiness.

I became disillusioned with my earlier religious upbringing and sought refuge in meaningless pursuits.

Life Flow technology really has helped me to strengthen my capability to silencing the ego's falseness.

I look forward to talking with all of you as we move forward on our path to enlightenment.

Take Care,

Joe Jordan

It is mindfulness that <some> psychologists are now looking to help people with anxiety type issues. 10 years ago is was cognitive behavioural therapy.

Once my Dr knew that I was benefitting from mindfulness and meditation, the stress management course I was on was no longer be necessary (on the 3rd of 8 booked sessions). That is down to Lifeflow and living 'now'. He had been recommending Kabat-Zinn, and is going to read A New Earth during his next holidays.

Here is a thought - is it a coincidence that Eckhart Tolle et al have published these materials at a time when more people than ever stand to benefit?

Best wishes,
Marc

I believe that the teachings of Eckhart Tolle are exactly what this confused, lost world of humanity needs right now.

I have found that the practice of being present in the "Now" or mindfulness has shown me truth in ways that no other religious practice other than Metta meditation has been able to.

The truth that I have discovered as millions more before me have, is that our true selves are obscured by the ego in our every day lives.

Add to that the "Pain-Body" and there you find the source for 99.9% of our suffering.

I have suffered my share of losses in life and I have made many stupid choices.

But in discovering my personal connection with God through meditation, I have been able to improve my life 300%.

I have spent many, many years trying to heal from without rather than from within.

Meditation has and continues to provide me with the answers that I have long sought in the bottom of a bottle, work-a-holic tendencies, over spending, sex, you name it.

When I begin to meditate with Life Flow, I direct my awareness to God and ask for all the healing, love, strength, clarity and focus that I need.

I visualize myself to be surrounded by a shower of God's pure white light.

It works every time.

I have been able to find a sense of safety, completeness and peace every time I meditate.

I look forward to becoming a part of this community.

Joe, Nathan and Marc, I'm so happy for all your successes and thankyou for taking the time to share them so others can benefit.

I read somewhere recently that as humans we come into the world with amazing capabilities but no instruction manual Kind of like buying a first computer without instructions and trying to muddle your way through

LifeFlow, Michael Mackenzie and Eckhart Tolle are the best instructions I have ever come accross. I wish you all an abundance of joy and happiness on your incredible journey of self discovery

How true !

I am not sure if it is because I am in the middle of it all, but it sure does seem that all arrows are pointing in the same direction lately...

It is like the new conciousness of humanity is slowly waking up, spreading amongst ourselves... The answer is not out there but in ourselves, and people are finding out how to tell each other !

Thanks for sharing your insights, I feel that Mankind might very well be on it's way to making it !
