Third Eye
Thanks for the quick response.
I have been meditating like that for a long time.sometimes i have made progress but sometimes donn't like a sine way , guess that how it is.
i am on LF9 , just started , so just continuing as i have been doing.
Also as i understand, when u concentrate on the third eye , the sixth chakra, the chakras 1 to 5 automatically start getting activated.
