Recently finished reading "All in the mind?" by Dr. Brian Roet. Found it very easy reading, compassionately written and extremely well explained
One of the things he explained was how talking to a psychologist helps the person involved because the person is listened to, accepted as they are and not judged.
This is what Michael teaches us to do when we observe. Be aware of the physical sensation that accompanies the emotion - accept it - curiously question "where are you coming from?" and keep observing it curiously until it fades away.
As you do this more and more you create space for your amazing gift of creativity
