Where are you from? You're English is good enough and you put your point across very well I think.
I agree with what you are saying..
Whether we perceive God/Creator to be some external entity or part of ourselves, the key to the LOA, is the true intention we have. We can consciously desire something and wish it to be attracted to us, but if our unconscious conflicts with that desire it will not fully come to the desired conclusion.
Using the LOA correctly is not just about saying the words, it is about truly believing in them.
