A study was done a number of years ago on students at Harvard University.
The aim was to find out what percentage of students wrote down or were willing to write down their goals.
Several years later they followed up the study and found that 3% had done this.
The following results astounded them.
The income of the 3% who had written down their goals was far greater than the combined incomes of the 97% who didn't. This study grabbed my attention for I had never done this before - I hope it proves useful to others here, happiness and joy
