Selling a product is secondary to my intention to share. What good is awareness if all one ever does is think about selling it? I already have everything I need so I don't need to compromise profit over principles. My book is for sale rather than free primarily because I want to use it to help me contribute to charity.

You have just exposed my greatest weakness...
I type too fast and so I just dump my thoughts without worrying about length...I will work on reducing verbosity though, it is a good suggestion.
