Hi Keith, well said, I agree so much with what you are saying here. Having 'got to know' quite a few of the regular posters here, I know that we are all working away at different levels and for me, this event gave me the opportunity to meditate and think about everyone on the same day, doing something similar with a similar goal. Knowing that others were doing a similar thing made my meditation feel 'special'. The support and friendship I have always found here is so very valuable to me, and I wish everyone well on their own individual journeys.
