I purchased the CDs and the book and it is proving really helpful. If you don't have money for the CDs right now, then you might just purchase the book to read. There are a lot of really beneficial programs to assist and encourage us. Know that you are loved and that that what will ever work best for you at this stage of your life will appear. "Keep your eyes open" so you can recognize it when it appears.
