The effect of Lifeflow beginnes after 8 minutes, a warming up so to speak.
So in order to get the most of your session is to go for the full length.
Do not worry if you find it too long in the beginning, this is quite normal.
Do you use a mantra? Or do you watch your breath?
If you do find time for an extra session, try to meditate without Lifeflow.
I find the quietness (depends on where you live, though..) rather
refreshing.
I have the cd's and noticed that the last twenty minutes of the hour that it lasts,
are the best. Thought you like to know.
