Hi Edwin, thank you for the wise words! Yes attaching emotions to problems/situations is something I struggle to overcome in certain situations, sometimes the feeling is completely overwhelming and prevents me from thinking straight or speaking.
I haven't started Michael's course yet, but do intend to. I have dabbled with meditation before, but have never continued long enough to feel the deep peacefulness stay with me for any great length during the day. The need is growing stronger though and I have a strange feeling that I am being 'guided'? in this direction for a reason!
