I had very similar experiences during the first few weeks of Lifeflow 10. I had some real outbursts of anger and couldn't believe I felt like that as it seemed to contradict what I was doing. I too was assured that this can be a normal process and, after a few weeks, these bouts of anger seemed to disperse.
I continued with Lifeflow 10 for around 2 months and have just moved onto Lifeflow 9. I feel much calmer now in general and have far less reactions emotionally to things which I would have found infuriating a few months back!
I'm sure if you stick with it and follow Pollyanna's advice about observing the emotion and detaching yourself from it, you will move forward.
