Hi Carl, it sounds as though some negative emotions are trying to come up to be released and you are resisting them. When you feel angry or frustrated in work you have an opportunity to notice where the feeling or emotion is in your body. Then consciously be aware of the feeling and just examine it and as you do this it should gradually disperse. In the beginning, the most important thing is to become aware of it immediately before it builds up inside you. It's actually a great beginning of being able to let go of negative emotions you've probably carried around all your life - I wish you an abundance of happiness and joy on your journey of self discovery
