This is really great, people are responding now !

Mind you, it doesn't matter what type of meditation you do, if you are a beginner or long time meditator, if you have bought LifeFlow or not...
What matters is that we are willing to meditate for peace !

About the timezone's, it would be wonderfull to all meditate at exactly the same hour around the world. Unfortunately, I don't think it can be done, as undoubtedly there will be one person having to meditate at 3 am in the morning. Sounds like a don't to me.
So I was thinking, if we all meditate at a globally set time, we would meditate together for only one hour on a 24 hour day.
For effectiveness this would mean a short but extremely usefull meditation, but it's effects will wear off soon I think.

If we would agree to meditate for one hour on a set time at local time, this might even work better. This would mean that for an entire day, every hour of the day there will be somebody on the planet meditating for peace !

We could even agree on times to make sure that every hour is covered for an entire day !
This would be like a "meditation for peace" marathon !

What do you guys think ?
