I would recommend that you find a group of people or a teacher that can guide you. I personally think that experimenting with this type of raising of awareness without guidance can be a risk for you.
Recently there has even been found a link between people who had have had sudden release of Kundalini energy and people who suffered Bipolar syndrome.
If you want to continue Kundalini I wish you a peacefull transition and an enlightened life !

Hi Edwin, thanks for your answer. Strangely enough I had been feeling somewhat depressed prior to trying the Kundalini approach. I put this down to "opening up my bag of worms" and not liking what I found

However I have been studying
Kabbalah for a few years now and the Kundalini approach (with
Kellys Howell's instruction) seem to balance with everything I believe in and I feel a lot more at ease with myself than I have felt for a long time. However, I will listen to your advice and keep a very close watch on myself.
