What is spiritual healing? I hope this is not a dumb question, It seems to me that there is a wide spectrum of energy levels that one can travel on their spiritual path. However the concept of "healing" within the spiritual realm seems foreign to me.

Spiritual Healing is a seperate branch of healing that is very similar to Reiki (although don't let the Spiritual Healers hear me saying that, some get quite protective over it
). It involves more belief in the spirit world and has religious overtones involved in it, and tends to be a bit of a clique group from what others have said who've got involved. However, many people do do Spiritual Healing and find it works for them, so that's fine. It's a little more of a Western thing than Reiki.
