Although ear buds are generally not recommended, i have had excellent results with scull candy ear buds (smokin` buds is what i think they`re called) I use the SC ear buds for LF when comfort or great isolation (due to background noises) is required. Out of house i always use those buds. And they`re fantastic for music too
