Will Lifeflow pester me to buy more stuff...?

I'm interested in trying Lifeflow but having bought the first level of Holosync and been inundated with brazenly greedy money-grabbing emails ever since, I'm a little wary. I'm wondering if the same will happen if I subscribe to Lifeflow... Can anyone tell me?
