Hello all,

I'm new to PM and new to the forum. I have a question, I guess. I have been using Holosync now for almost 4 years, and am on level 3. Sure wish I had learned about PM before biting on the bait Bill Harris offered to pay for the rest of the levels for a "reduced" rate. Self-help sure can get expensive. My wife would never be interested in meditating, but it would be immensely helpful when she has to see the credit card bill come in.

Anyway, Bill suggests while doing his program to just let the mind do what it wants. So I did. Sometimes it seemed as if I were an overeater and had just been turned loose in a do-nut shop. The thoughts just went crazy. But he did say that if one wanted to they could also meditate, which I did sometimes. But it was far easier to let the thoughts run wild, and more entertaining, I might add.

I've been on LF10 for about two weeks, with meditation every time. I think there have been benefits. I know I feel much better meditating than letting the thoughts run wild. In fact, now that I think about it, my imagination hasn't been as wild in the last two weeks as it had been before.

I guess my question is, for anybody who wants to venture, have I lost out on something by not meditating during the last four years?

Also, should I maybe drop down to a lower level of LF, since I may have already gone deeper than the higher levels can take me?

BTW, for anybody lurking out there, the matter of experiencing chaos, and then reorganizing at a higher level is real.
