You could try
The Sedona Method or
EFT. Sedona worked pretty well for me.
Or you could just feel the sensations you are experiencing, kindly, without judging, trying to analyze or trying to change them. It can cause mild discomfort, but now you are bringing to the surface what was supressed, i guess. So, what surfaces needs to be processed.

Emotional Clearing by John Ruskan.
