Alright cool I'm not alone! You guys are right, I should just enjoy it and stop feeding it negative energy, that is probably just making it worse anyway...
I'm gunna have to just listen to music I wouldn't mind having in my head afterwards, I'm sick of random really catchy yet annoying in mass quantity type songs getting in there then driving me nuts.
I do notice when I listen to classical it doesn't get nearly as stuck, if at all, and the parts that do are catchy bits, which I'm okay with!
I feel like as the mind gets quieter it is looking for stuff to preoccupy it so it doesn't disintegrate, and music fits the bill really well when there isn't any illogical stuff to identify with or worry about. Damn thing is hanging on for dear life wherever it can!
