Trouble getting into the now
I have just started meditating and I'm having a bit of trouble. I started meditating in hopes of getting rid of my constant anxiety which I do not know the cause of. When I meditate I usually get somewhat percent in the now but then I gets to a point where my mind starts to dissolve which causes a great feeling of panic to erupt inside me and usually pushes me out of the now. This I believe means that I identify a great deal with my mind.
How do you guys deal with these feelings and does it ever get easier?
