Hi,
When I do my meditation to The Lifeforce, my brain (or is it my belly) goes in circles. Its like some chakra is going around in circles - sometimes clockwise & sometimes anti clockwise.
My queries are -
1. It this normal? Does it happen to others too?
2. As a result of the above, the pictures I conjure up during Creative Visualizations are 'wavy'. They are never still.
Please guide.
