The idea in the book,that what we think about,expands and manifests,is true.
But the examples and the exposition of case examples is at best,amateurish.
It also tends to portray "rich"folk as some sort of superhuman species,typical of many american books.Image is everything to those enslaved to form.
The LOA does exist,as experienced in my life and others such as yours.
As far as the last question,there are books that are intended to help.
Tolle comes to mind,but there are very few and far between,as almost anyone can write a book these days.
