too obvious in fact and i guess thats why for some, because the ego is generally looking for something so mystical and grand to add to itself, it chooses to overlook it. Your quote in a post recently regarding the awakening experience of BM1988 was spot on 'There is nothing as obvious as being present' I like that, but so obvious and ordinary sometimes that perhaps we do overlook it.
Seeing of course is something that has to be practised because in effect the experiments are very dynamic meditations. Some people 'get it' then say right 'Whats next. Was that it ?'

I think Richard Lang is mindful not to lay beliefs on people and your post suggests that you have personally evaluated your own experience and made those connections relevant for yourself at this time. I know that since i came across the Headless Way things such as the Heart Sutra and many Zen koans make much more 'sense'
