I have to admit that I didnt pay much attention to the gratitude exercise when Michael talked about it on discover meditation, I was mostly interrested in learning how to meditate at the time, but perhaps I should give it a more dedicated try. The last few days I have indeed been sitting 2-4 mins. after my meditation thinking about what I want to attract - and in general feeling happy - and I will try to keep doing this to see if I benefit from it
The things I am currently trying to attract are not really major things, and pretty realistic I think, which is why I feel I can handle all 3 things at a time. One of them, is actually something I am focusing on will happen something during early febuary so perhaps I should just focus on that for now.
