Hi Ras,
I completely understand you not wanting to post personal things on the net and you certainly don't need to. I focus on one thing at a time. I have been really tempted to focus on 2 things but I think it's better to lazer focus on 1 thing at a time.
About 9 years ago I was in an extremely bad financial position which took about 5 years to pull out of. This may sound insignificant to some but around that time I used to often see old people carrying heavy bags of shopping up the long hill near my home. At that point in my life I just wanted security. I didn't really think about what I wanted. I did know exactly what I DID NOT want though and with a passion!! I didn't want bills and I didn't want to be carrying heavy bags up that long hill when I was older. I didn't realize at the time that whatever you think about with feeling, (good or bad) that is what you are attracting towards you. So, make sure you don't focus on what you don't want. The next step is where most people fall down because they never get round to doing it.
I believe it is vital to write down exactly what it is that you want to attract. Write it in as much detail as you can and keep it where you can focus on it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Whatever you write must be written as though you already have received what you want. When you read this to yourself you need to feel like you already have received what it is that you want. When you can really imagine and feel the happiness or joy or excitement as though it has already happened, and do this consistantly then you will achieve it. Creating a picture of what you want will help you to visualize it more clearly. This is where Lifeflow meditation can really help by quietening the constant chatter box, teaching you to live in the now and create focus and clarity for you. Every day I play creative flow while I read and visualize with excitement and enthusiasm what I am now attracting into my life. Remember, If you dwell on past sad memories or focus on future fears, that is what you are going to attract. We can all have bad moments, but we must not allow them to become bad hours or days (for our own good) If you feel down, think of someone or something that makes you feel really happy, play some music that inspires you or go for a walk. Michael has included one of the best gifts to all of us in the Discover Meditation course. The gratitude exercise. When you feel grateful for what you have you attract more good things to be greatful for. Unless people actually do this exercise I don't think they realize just how wonderful and powerful it is.
